1 asparagus (canned asparagus or bundle of IQF asparagus)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Instructions:

 

1.Preheatoven to 425F (220C).

 

2.Cutan inch off the stems. Place them in a baking dish or in a cast iron skillet. Drizzle olive oil on them and sprinkle salt. Mix them with your hand so that they are evenly coated.
